Is it possible to sniff the packets from an IP address which is outside the LAN,which is in the internet, using ettercap?
Is there any other software which can do this?
If sniffing is not possible ,can we monitor the traffic in that ip?

I just want to check my friends activity,I know his IP and he is in another country

Also
Is there any way we can capture the webcam streams from yahoo messenger inside the LAN and outside?
